In February 2010 I started my 5,000 mile charity walk round the entire coastline of mainland Britain. Called "Characters On The Coastline", I hope to raise £100,000 for Alzheimer's Society. Elsewhere on my website you will find a selection of articles, stories, photographs and audio projects written and produced by me. Some are about fishing and The Great Outdoors, others are about people, their lives and experiences. Often the two are linked.
As my Dad used to say, “Everyone has a story to tell... they just need the right person to tell it to.” Often when I am walking or fishing I am in the company of people who do have such stories to tell, and with their permission I am able to share them with you.
